The Director of Communications and Development is responsible for managing the public relations work and fundraising efforts of the National Council of Churches of Christ in the USA (NCC). This position will be located in the NCC’s Washington D.C. offices.

Since its founding in 1950, the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA has been a leading force for ecumenical cooperation among Christians in the United States. Church World Service Border Volunteer (full-time paid volunteer)

The Border Volunteer Corps is a new program that places full-time paid volunteers in organizations working at the southern border of the United States. Border Volunteers will work in local border shelters that receive asylum seekers when they are released from federal detention facilities. The Border Volunteer will support the mission of the shelter to provide services while maintaining the dignity and safety of shelter guests.
